Our syringe pumps operate with a servomotor that drives a piston inside a sealed enclosure. This allows it to generate pressures of up to 1000 bars.
Heating systems are available, either waffle iron or heating mat, to reach temperatures up to 125°C.
Its mounting on a wheeled chassis makes it easy to transport.
Available with carbon, hastelloy, stainless steel, or titanium body.
From singles to doubles
The combination of the two bodies gives you access to new features: dual mode, and GCode.
The dual mode, pressure or flow, allows continuous injection or withdrawal, without the constraints of a single body structure.
GCode is a programming method which allows, using a text file, to transmit a succession of commands to the pump. Creating procedures therefore becomes child's play.
The wonders of carbon
Carbon cell technology, combined with X-ray imaging, offers new possibilities. Carbon, transparent to X-rays, has the advantage of allowing visual inspection of the inside of the body.
Doping the fluids to contrast them with the imaging then becomes useless.

A complete interface
The pump has a graphical interface developed in Labview. Its functionalities are diverse :
- Operating modes: pressure (single or ramp), volume, or flow.
- Pump control according to user levels.
- View and save pressure, volume and flow data in .csv files.
Do you want to use your own HMI? Our pumps can be controlled using Modbus registers, accessible via an Ethernet or RS232 link.
