We are capable to print parts made of composite carbon within a maximum volume of 350x320x325 mm3.
We designe the part, then we print it using the most suitable material to the application.
Machining.
Carbon parts may have imperfections or require dimensional adjustments. That is why we work with service providers capable of machining carbon composite with water jet cutting machines.
We also call on surface treatment specialists to master machining while maintaining the structural integrity of the part.
Assembly
A part may be made of several materials in order to perform its function. We adapt our carbon composite components so that they integrate seamlessly into the desired assembly.
Winding
Our wet winding process enables the manufacture of robust carbon composite tubes.
With lengths of up to 4.5 metres and diameters of up to 800 mm, we can adapt to offer you a solution that meets your needs.
